Run Stronger,
Recover Smarter.
Training tips, honest injury stories, and everything I’ve learned on the road — from a regular runner who’s figuring it out one mile at a time.
Just a regular runner sharing the real stuff.
I’m not a trainer or a coach. I’m just someone who fell in love with running a few years ago, made a lot of mistakes, and kept going anyway. I ran my first half marathon last October, and I’m already back at it training for my second this May in Chicago. After that, I’ve got a full marathon on the calendar for November.
I’ve also dealt with more than my share of injuries — most recently runner’s knee that landed me in physical therapy for months. That experience changed how I train and how I think about recovery. Everything I share here is stuff I actually lived through, not stuff I read in a textbook.
