The Injury Series

One place. Real answers. Built by a runner who spent a whole summer on the couch wishing this existed.

4 guides  ·  Injury Recovery  ·  Return to Run

When I was in the depths of runner’s knee, I was desperately searching for one resource that had everything — what the injury actually is, how long it realistically lasts, what helps versus what just masks the pain, and exactly what to do to get back to running. I never found it. So I built it.

Every guide in this series is written from personal experience and real research — not generic advice. Each post covers the same core topics so you always know what to expect: what the injury is, how long recovery takes, whether to keep running, what actually fixes it versus what helps temporarily, when to see a PT, and how to return to running safely.

I’m a runner, not a medical professional. Everything in this series is based on my personal experience and general research — not medical advice. Always consult a doctor or physical therapist for your individual situation, especially if your pain is severe or not improving.
